a. Arbitration Agreement. b. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions. c. Small-Claims Option. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

d. Regulatory Carve-Out. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing issues to the attention of government agencies.
